At Tornado Body Dryer LLC we stand behind every product we sell. Your Tornado Body Dryer is covered by a 2 year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of original purchase — giving you complete peace of mind.

What Is Covered

Your warranty covers the following:

What Is NOT Covered

The following are not covered under the warranty:

❌ Accidental damage, misuse, abuse or neglect ❌ Damage caused by unauthorised modification or repair ❌ Damage caused by improper installation or failure to follow the installation instructions ❌ Damage caused by failure to use a licensed electrician or comply with the National Electrical Code (NEC) ❌ External or cosmetic parts including the remote switch, PVC connector, foot or legs ❌ Normal wear and tear ❌ Damage caused by power surges or electrical faults in your property ❌ Consumable parts

Warranty Duration

Important Warranty Conditions

For your warranty to remain valid the following conditions must be met:

The Tornado Body Dryer must be installed by a licensed electrician in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and all applicable local building codes
A dedicated 240V circuit must be used for installation
The unit must be operated strictly in accordance with the instructions provided in the user guide
The unit must not be modified, tampered with or repaired by any unauthorised person
The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable
Proof of purchase must be provided when making a warranty claim

How To Make A Warranty Claim

Making a warranty claim is straightforward. Simply follow these steps:

Your order number or proof of purchase
Date of purchase
Description of the fault
Photographs or video of the fault where possible

Step 2 — Assessment Our team will assess your claim and respond within 1 business day. We may ask for additional information or photographs to help us diagnose the fault.

Step 3 — Resolution Depending on the nature of the fault we will arrange one of the following:

Replacement parts dispatched to you
Collection and repair of the unit
Full replacement of the unit
Refund where repair or replacement is not possible

Step 4 — Confirmation We will confirm our proposed resolution in writing by email before taking any action.

Warranty terms are identical for all customers regardless of whether a Veterans Discount has been applied. Our veterans receive exactly the same premium warranty coverage as every other customer — because they deserve nothing less. 🎖️🇺🇸

B2B & Trade Warranty

Warranty terms for B2B and trade purchases may differ from our standard consumer warranty. Please contact us at info@tornadobodydryers.com before placing a trade order to discuss warranty arrangements applicable to your purchase.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law the liability of Tornado Body Dryer LLC under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product at our sole discretion. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from a product defect.

Nothing in this warranty shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
