1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Tornado Body Dryer LLC website at www.tornadobodydryers.com and the purchase of products from Tornado Body Dryer LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). 3. Products

3.1 Tornado Body Dryer LLC sells premium hands-free body drying systems including the Tornado Body Dryer and associated accessories.

3.2 All product descriptions, specifications and images on our website are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions at any time without prior notice.

3.3 Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3.4 The Tornado Body Dryer operates on 220/240V and requires a dedicated 240V circuit. Installation must be carried out by a licensed electrician in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and all applicable local building codes. It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure their property has the appropriate electrical infrastructure before purchasing.

4. Pricing

4.1 All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.

4.3 We reserve the right to cancel any order where a pricing error has occurred, in which case we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

4.4 Free shipping is included on all orders to the contiguous 48 US states and Canada unless otherwise stated at checkout.

5. Orders & Payment

5.1 By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase the product at the stated price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

5.2 Order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.

5.3 Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5.4 We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely. We do not store your card details.

5.5 For trade and B2B orders, alternative payment arrangements may be agreed in writing with Tornado Body Dryer LLC prior to order placement.

6. Shipping & Delivery

6.1 We offer free shipping to all 50 US states and Canada on all standard orders.

6.2 Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the availability of shipping carriers.

6.3 Products are shipped from the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery to the USA and Canada is approximately 7-14 business days from the date of dispatch.

6.4 Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We strongly recommend inspecting your delivery upon receipt and reporting any damage to us within 48 hours.

6.5 We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Returns & Refunds

7.1 We want you to be completely satisfied with your Tornado Body Dryer. If you are not satisfied for any reason you may return the product within 30 days of delivery subject to the conditions below.

7.2 To initiate a return please contact us at info@tornadobodydryers.com or call +1 (463) 223-8920 before returning any item. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

7.3 To be eligible for a return:

The product must be in its original condition and packaging
The product must not have been installed or used
The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
Proof of purchase must be provided

7.4 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

7.5 Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned product in satisfactory condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

7.6 We reserve the right to refuse a return or reduce the refund amount if the product has been damaged, used, or returned in a condition other than as originally supplied.

7.7 Custom or specially ordered products may not be eligible for return — please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.

8. Warranty

8.1 The Tornado Body Dryer is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of original purchase.

8.2 To make a warranty claim please contact us at info@tornadobodydryers.com with your proof of purchase and a description of the defect.

8.3 The warranty covers:

Repairs necessary as a result of faulty materials or manufacturing defects
Cost of functional replacement parts
Labour costs of an authorised Tornado Body Dryer service technician

8.4 The warranty does not cover:

Accidental damage, misuse, abuse or neglect
Damage caused by unauthorised modification or repair
Damage caused by improper installation or failure to follow the installation instructions
External or cosmetic parts including the remote switch, PVC connector, foot or legs
Normal wear and tear

8.5 The warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only.

8.6 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law our liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product at our sole discretion.

9. Installation

9.1 The Tornado Body Dryer must be installed by a licensed electrician in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and all applicable local building codes and regulations.

9.2 A dedicated 240V circuit is required for installation. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure this is in place prior to installation.

9.3 Tornado Body Dryer LLC accepts no liability for damage, injury or loss arising from improper installation or failure to follow the installation instructions provided with the product.

9.4 Installation instructions are provided with every unit and are available on request from info@tornadobodydryers.com.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law Tornado Body Dryer LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website.

10.2 Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the purchase of our products shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1 All content on our website including text, images, logos, graphics, video and other materials is the property of Tornado Body Dryer LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, USA. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Indiana.

16. Severability
