Returns & Refunds
Our 30 Day Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Tornado Body Dryer. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we offer a 30 day returns policy from the date of delivery.
How To Return Your Order
Step 1 — Contact Us First Before returning any item please contact us to let us know:

Please include your order number, name and reason for return. We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions.
Step 2 — Package Your Return Ensure the product is securely packaged in its original packaging. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit on their way back to us.
Step 3 — Ship Your Return Ship the product back to the address provided by our customer support team.
Step 4 — Refund Processed Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our returns criteria we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return your product must meet the following criteria:
✅ Returned within 30 days of delivery ✅ In its original condition and packaging ✅ Not installed or used ✅ Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected we will notify you by email. If approved your refund will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part
- Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
- We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the product is not returned in its original condition
