How to buy
We accept purchase orders. Invoices are payable by ACH or wire transfer, or by card through PayPal. Send your PO to info@tornadobodydryers.com and we will confirm lead time and delivery terms in writing before dispatch.
Delivery terms
Free delivery to all 50 US states and Canada. The price includes all import duties, taxes and brokerage — there is nothing to pay on delivery. Units ship from the UK, 7–14 business days from dispatch. Premium and custom finishes add 7 days.
Warranty and returns
2 year manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. 30 day returns, uninstalled and unused, in original packaging. Full terms on our Warranty page and Shipping & Returns page.
Relevance to VA programs
For veterans purchasing individually, the VA Home Improvements and Structural Alterations (HISA) grant is usually the most relevant route for a bathroom modification, and the Specially Adapted Housing and Special Home Adaptation grants apply to broader home adaptation. Our Funding & Financial Assistance page sets out each program with the official source, and we can supply the documentation a prescribing clinician or caseworker will need. We also offer a 20% Veterans Discount on direct orders.
The Tornado Body Dryer is not UL Listed or ETL Listed for North America. Installation must be carried out by a licensed electrician to the NEC and local codes. Where a facility or authority having jurisdiction requires a North American safety listing, please raise it with us before ordering.
